Where are your products made?

All our handcrafted soaps are made, cut, stamped and wrapped up in our Soap Kitchen in Staten Island

Do you test on animals?

No. We never test on animals. We only test on people.

How can I make my soap last longer? What is the self-life of your soap?

Using a draining soap dish will prevent soggy soap and will maximize its self-life. You can also use a sisal bag, netted sponge or purchase one of our handmade cotton soap saver pouches to extend the life of your soap.

How do you scent your products?

We use 100% Pure Essential Oils in majority of the soaps and Skin Safe Fragrance Oils in others

Will your products treat my skin conditions?

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Always seek advice from your physician or a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, pregnant or lactation before applying any products. Please read our ingredient list thoroughly. As with any products, please discontinue use if irritation occurs. Even the most natural ingredients can cause skin irritation to sensitive skin individuals.

Are your products vegan?

Our lip balm contains beeswax, and one or two items will have honey in it, but most of our line is vegan friendly.

Orders

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Please double-check and verify all shipping details before you submit your order.

We cannot edit an address once your order has been placed. If our shipping software has an issue with an address, we will give you a call to verify your address, but TrueBeauty Creations is not responsible for sending a package to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout.

How can I add an item to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit an existing order. We can only cancel (if the order has not been shipped.) You are welcome to place another order if you'd like.

To cancel an existing order that has not been shipped, please call or email us @ Info@TrueBeautyCreations.Com to request an order cancellation.

Orders cannot be edited after the order has been placed. We are not able to combine orders or shipping charges for multiple orders due to heavy volume. We appreciate your support and patience.

How can I track my order?

After processing your order, you will receive tracking information
(If you entered an email and/or phone number at checkout)

My order isn't moving/stuck in transit?

Please reach out to the specific postal service for more information once your package has been shipped. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot modify any details regarding your order

Gift Cards & Discounts

Can I combine discounts?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Due to the limitations of our platform, only one discount code can be applied per transaction.

My discount code didn't apply to some items?

Unfortunately, due to platform limitations, gift cards are not able to be discounted.

I purchased my G-Card online. How does that work?

Our online gift cards are sent electronically to you. Upon purchase, you will receive an initial confirmation email and then a second email containing your gift card. The second email can be printed or forwarded via email to the receiver of the gift.

Are gift cards included in free shipping with my items?

Unfortunately, since our gift cards are delivered digitally, the gift card amount will not count towards the cart total for our free shipping perk. You will still have to have a cart minimum of $45 before adding any gift cards to receive free shipping for your order.
