Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

  • We do our best to ship each individual customers order within 3-5 business days but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Business days are Monday - Friday 9Am to 4:30 PM. Orders after 4:30 PM are shipped next available business day.
  • Holidays may take 7-10 days to ship out.

If we see processing may take longer, we will contact you to let you know..

What are your shipping costs?

  • We don't create custom shipping prices, they are automatically calculated at checkout and determined by your location.

Do you offer pick-up or delivery services?

  • Yes, at checkout select pick-up and we'll contact you about when to pick-up.
  • We offer delivery in the Staten Island area. 

How will my order be shipped?

  • We ship our items via USPS (first class/priority)
  • Shipping rate is calculated by USPS at checkout after you enter your zip code

  •   All orders are shipped from Staten Island, New York.
